Sandar successfully delivered this medical centre, which incorporates a medical practise to the rear of the building while a pharmacy shop operates to the front of the building, for two separate clients. The works completed included the demolition of a derelict house, followed by the construction of the new 285m² building partially split across two floors with associated drainage and site works.
 
Building features include zinc cladding and roofing, white brick facades, fibre cement cladding and also an extensive courtyard and landscaping detail.
