This project involved the construction of 5514m² of a mixed use development comprising of retail and office units in two blocks, including a supermarket over a common underground car park. The total floor space is 5514m² over 3 floors with a basement carpark of 3360m².

The upper floors feature large areas of curtain walling and balcony areas.
